I am developing a theme for osTicket and I additionally want to integrate some new mods.
I have various tasks that I need assistance with, and I\'m looking for a PHP expert will work on an hourly wage basis over the next few weeks (probably 5-10 hours per week).
My ideal candidate may already have some familiarity with osTicket, although it is not a prerequisite. He/she will have good communication skills, provide good documentation, and of course be an excellent coder.
I have created this first task to hopefully find the perfect freelancer. See the attached mock-up.
I want user (i.e. \"Agent\") to be able to click on the ticket priority cell and have a menu popup with radio buttons with which the agent can change the priority level without leaving the Tickets page. This will apply to all status views (i.e. Open, Overdue, etc.), but will be disabled for Closed tickets.
osTicket already has pop-up dialogs built into its core. Ideally, this new feature will use the same styling. I must insist that the feature will use radio buttons, rather than a drop-down menu.
I will provide a login for the Staff Control Panel, SSH access to the domain, FTP access if required, and access to phpMyAdmin for this and the following projects that I have in mind.
When applying for this project, please let me know what hourly rate you would require for this type of work on an ongoing basis. I look forward to working with you.
I have read your project details, and I am interested in offering my services.
I provide 100% satisfaction guaranteed on all my work.
Milestone is required to begin; to be released when the job has been satisfactorily completed.
I estimate a 2-3 day turnaround (including weekends) on this project.
ftp details to your server will be required.
Contact me at your soonest convenience so we may get your solution delivered quickly.
Thanks,
