hey i have a android webview app 1. i need one that can fix that the sound is not ever is arriving when a message in the php chat comes 2. Make a background service so that when anybody close the chat app they stil got messages and massage sounds when a message comes in 3. When user get message should be displayed on lockscreen/homenscreen New Message in message center , over read out source text and see the trigger number in chat window Maximal 10€ any bid over will ignored , it a small job
