Build a skincare routine test

Hi Freelancers, I have a small webshop, where I sell beauty products. To better give my visitors good advice about the correct skincare products for them, I would like to have a "test" at my website, where visitors can select age, skin type and skin focus (e.g. wrinkles), and then get a "personal" routine presented for them, which includes some of my best suitable products. It needs the same functionality and steps as the test in this link: [login to view URL] To win this project, please let me know how you advice us to step forward. More specifically, shortly explain how you would recommend to build it and explain a few pros and cons about his way. (Of course, the test must function 100% perfectly at both mobile devices and computers.)
