I would like a VOD and streaming Panel like Xtream Codes and simple to use. PURPOSE: To stream video, music and pdf files (pre-recorded VOD and live-stream), to passengers in a vehicle or hotel or area over a WLAN and WIFI network. Also to offer curated news (PDF) via our news application. The System Must be able to be loaded video adverts, Banner adverts, and squeeze back adverts. The adverts must be able to geo lock and be targeted. Admin should be able to select number of adverts, when adverts play and how long each advert is. Panel should be able to work both online and over a LAN network (without internet). Show user reports, and collect data and statistics. Can be loaded on Rasberry Pi or any microcomputer I have put images of how the frontend will look so the backend has to be built to connect to these interfaces and more
