Nowadays we are creating a security system using IP Cameras. We already have everything, the cameras, the webpage, the VPN connection, but we are transmitting the streaming using MJPEG and due to it there is a huge delay (about 30 seconds). Therefore, we want to display the stream using RTSP because with this we can use the CODEC H.265. Keep in mind that the client cannot download any plugin.
