I have two email login forms that I want to combine and make one. Here is the CODE and FORMS: [login to view URL] So I want ONE login form as you see in the bottom that can also REMEMBER USER settings. Maybe when the user selects a domain from the DROP DOWN menu, the PHP script can change the details of the form? Also, I want to be able to modify the code of the FORM in case in the future the FORM changes. Let me know if you have any questions. You do not need to deliver in a day if it is hard.
