CRM for Online Travel Agency

We need a CRM built for our company to help with our expansion. We are an Online Travel agency. The CRM must work alongside our website and be integrated onto the site, for instance if a client books on the site a client account must be made, if a client makes a payment on the website the clients account must update etc. We would also like the CRM to track the website. See which hotels, destinations, pages etc have had the most visits. Emails must also be integrated into the CRM. We do not have a server so it would need to be cloud based. Something like Zoho or Salesforce. The CRM must have the following: Ability to add clients’ details name, address, telephone number, email address. Also, to add the client’s location of travel, travel party, dates, preferred departure airport. We would need to be able to generate a booking via third party API feeds which will need to be inputted into the CRM. One for flights, one for hotels and transfers. The CRM will need to be able to add a markup to the hotels, flights, transfers. For instance, the hotel RRP is £200 but the system will need to add a 20% markup to the hotel. This should be fully amendable on the CRM as the profit will change and should be as a percentage. The flow will be as follows: A client calls us for a quote for a holiday. We input their details into the system and search by destination, departure airport, passengers and dates. The CRM will then load the hotels/flights available for their dates and the prices including the flight. The CRM will need to show pictures of the hotel, the flight times, the board basis etc. We then will need to take the party information, all passenger information and then go onto the payment screen. As we will be offering payment options to our clients the CRM will need to calculate the payment options available and the dates the payment is due. Examples of the payment terms are below: £30pp deposit and the balance due 4 weeks before departure. £30pp deposit and the balance split into equal monthly payments Payment in full The CRM will then need to generate the customers vouchers for the items booked which is feed via the API and email them their vouchers. The CRM will need to also feed into Xero for our accounting. We would also need the ability to check the CRM for payments due, bookings made, payments made etc. There are some things that we may need added on that we have forgotten. These may be asked when in development and should be kept in mind.
