Extrapolate products from target sites on my Magento site and keep them updated weekly and add new products from these sites that are not present on my website with script

The project is to write code to insert products in multiple languages (Italian and English) on my magento platform extrapolating data from target sites or if available from csv file. The script once loaded the new products on my magento site will have constantly update them through a cron job. If the size is in the target site script must set child product status to 1 otherwise it will be set zero (quantity status). If all child in target sites are sold out on my magento site cron job script must set configurable product to 0 (status and visibility) On my website there are already other products. The script will examine the target site (The sites are currently 7 but they will have to add more), and check if the product is already on my platform. If the product is not on my platform we will need to extrapolate data and pictures and put them on my site automatically. The scipt should automatically select on my site in magento type color options, brands and categories and should give me a chance to edit data such as price. If the configurable options (such as special sizes) that are on target don't stay in my site this script will create them on my platform. After entering the products these will be constantly updated by examining the target sites (weekly)
