Google Drive API Integration

I'm in need of a proficient developer to create a PHP script that integrates with the Google Drive API. The primary function of this script is to automate the creation of new folders within Google Drive and set sharing permission to Editor for a user that we assigned via email address. The script should also check if such google drive folder and sharing permission already exist before creating a new folder and sharing permission. The script should also obtain the url to the google drive folder and store this url in a mysql database. You can decide on the table structure that works best for your script. We will NOT provide our api or database credentials. You will do the testing on your local server and ensure the script works before delivering them to us.
