Software required is effectively a database driven website to hold and manage health and social care training records for Lyndridge care organisation. To include forms for data input and a method of reporting on that data. To be actively used by a small number of administrators that will add and edit data, manage the training information of staff, use reports to monitor training status and use email functions for notification purposes. Attached are suggested page layouts and designs for the software required and more detailed notes on functions / general information.
