Integrate Google Image Search Results into 1 page on my website (backend)

Please ask questions before you bid.... and please do not ask my budget, the top of my budget is your bid....I am looking for a skilled PHP developer to integrate Google Image Search results into one page on my website's backend. Skills and Experience Required: - Strong proficiency in PHP programming language - Experience with integrating APIs, specifically Google Image Search API - Knowledge of HTML/CSS for implementing the layout and design - Ability to work with existing Google API keys or assist in setting up new ones Project Requirements: - Integrate Google Image Search results into a single page on the backend of my website - Implement a rough idea of the layout and design for the integration - Provide assistance in setting up the Google API key if needed Please note that I have a rough idea of the layout and design in mind, but I am open to suggestions and improvements. I need to intergrade image search results into my website. The search results will include a thumbnail image (linked to the large image), portrait style if possible, filtering images smaller than 240x320 (only allowing images this size or larger), and include the url to the image below the thumbnailed image. Please see the picture, I want it in the same format (design and layout) as the image provided above the "General Information" dropdown. We should be able to open and close it using the "-" as seen in the picture. The template for the page you see in the picture uses smarty template engine. The search should pre-populate and search for the text located in the "Name" field. So when the page opens the images will load automatically, it should show the first 30 images (but only take up about 30% of the top of the page (scrolling if needed like 5 columns by 6 rows) with a Next button that will reload the images (but not the page).
