Intermediate Server Programming Plus Local Graphical Mimic/HMI Display of Meteorological Project

TOR for the AWS project 1)develop the intermidiate server between DHM server and Datataker (datalogger) -flowing task to be handled with the intermidiate server a) listen to datalogger assigning the FTP port b) store the data in local database (for data upload error handelling purpose) c) parse the data and make the datalog as per the server requirment(attached WSCADA data posting protocal) d) make the composite infromation combining datalog timeframe and device identifier( Dev. Id. provided) e) encrypt the information in AES 128 encryption CBC format f) auto route/post data to the DHM server (provided link address) g) get the resposnse form server decrypt id and ensure that DHM server catch data correctly h) acknowledge the datalogger for data upload success/failure. 2) develop the local display software -following tasks should be handled a)able to poll data form datalogger(NMEA string at constant refresh interval came with datalogger) b)able to parse the string and make sensor information (averaging may be required) c)able to display data form all sensor(soil moisture and pyranometer newly attached) d) sensor selection and data presentaion area may be user defined e) optionally SYNOP data should be displayed /thruput over LAN
