I am looking for someone I can engage to create software / app / plug-in / add-on for use on the following platforms: - Android - iPhones - Windows devices - Mac PCs I have not yet entered this Programming world so I need someone to guide me along the way, I need someone who is able to 'think ahead' and 'outside of the box'. More info on Skype's Software Development Platform requirements can be located here: [login to view URL] The Successful Candidate MUST have previous experience (please demonstrate your ability) in not only developing codes for Skype, but also have the experience in dealing with Skype in getting it officially published. Must be fluent in English, able to quote once Specific Job Brief has been disclosed. Confidentiality is a MUST. Opportunity for future Software / App development is a possibility subject to successful and timely delivery of Project #1.
