Magento developer needed ASAP Display products by Zip Code

Hi there, Requirement of this feature : 1. Zip code field should appear on create product page and also in mass upload CSV while uploading product within system in the front end interface seller. 2. Zip code column should appear on product listing page at the back end to site admins. 3. Site admin can search the product from manage product page on the basis of product zip code. 4. On front end , also the product which has been uploaded through mass upload or manually created should be searchable on the basis of Zip code. 5. Zip code section should not appear on to the product detail page on front end to any one. 6. if I put zip code 10002 for example, I should be able to see the products in that zip code and a radius of 5, 15, 30 or 50 miles 7. we need to add a section below category "Search by location" and a text box named "Search by location" where user can put the zip code and product under 50 miles will be searched there. 8. Also, user can select the range as per his/her requirement to search the product on the basis of zip code. 9. Not use 3rd parties for Geolocation. 10.
