Need A IOS application mobile expert for wechat api (If you do know about wechat, please do not apply)

(If you do not have experienced with wechat api, please do not apply....) i Need someone who can develop a IOS mobile application using wechat api.. Simply one screen application. If you fimiliar with wechat api, you will know how to do it. Wechat have group pay option with Chinese currency only. Requirement is just the below: Let's said example there are 6 person in a group include me. I send an 50 yen red pocket in the group . i want to build a controler that i can control how much money exactly i will get. if the first person randomly get 10.28 yen of the 50 , second get 9.48yen of the 50 , third person get 20 yen of the 50. fourth get 2.38 of 50. . fifth which is me i want my numeb to be exactly 6.66 insted of randomly. if you can build something like this for wechat api, please let me know.
