Need to Modify Wordpress Flash Video Player Plugin

I need someone to modify a flash video player plugin for the wordpress blogging platform. The plugin right now will play a video embedded on the page. I would like to modify the plugin so that on the blog page instead of the flash player there will be an image that looks like a flash player, and when you press play it will pop up a lightbox like layer above the webpage with the video, the background is dimmed. For example, click on one of the vides on [login to view URL] I assume that this will only require slight modifications because the lightbox javascript and plugin are already created. We do not want something created from scratch.
