Need Website Coder for WEEKLY work -- 2

Looking for a coder with a lot of experience working on custom designed e-commmerce solutions. I'm looking for a SECOND coder, to work in addition to an existing coder I have working. He's not available much lately, and my project needs to move at a speed a little faster then he's been delivering as of late. We have already built the sites order form and are now working mostly on the Customer Relation Management / Accounting & Invoicing part of it with a coder from Vietnam. It's PHP, with some ajax, jquery I believe as well. If you can read Vietnamese it may help as a lot of his notes are in Vietnamese language. You might even find some Russian in the code if you dig deep enough. So Extra plus if you know Russian too. Also if you are good at building wordpress plugins, i have so php pages I need to be put into a plugin.
