A 'ONE PAGE' Dashboard/Web Based platform as shown in Excel. Accessed via a new page/portal on my existing website. Along with a Control Panel where i can administer changes and verify etc. All details are held in the attached Excel and Word document.

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to develop a 'ONE PAGE' Dashboard/Web Based platform for my existing website. The platform will be accessed through a new page or portal on my website. Additionally, I will need a Control Panel where I can make changes and verify information. Specific features I want to include in the dashboard: - Real-time data updates - As Excel template document attached - As Word document scope attached The dashboard will be handling: - User data from various different clients and contractors over various different projects - Templates available to download I will require customization or additional functionality for the dashboard to suit the attached excel and word guides which should be clear. I will require automatic email notifications sent to/from clients based on actions completed I will require an 'alert' notifications system on the page I will require a 'quick chat' function between the client and the chosen contractor so they can LIVE chat in the system. It needs to be minimalist in design (but to suit vibe of my website), very neat and tidy to use, fast, responsive and safe for all users. Special attention required to ensure safe from bad actors trying to access/log in or create fake accounts, so we should include re-captcha or Authenticator ideally, or other safeguards. ALL other details as held in the Excel and Word document attached. Good English and Communication is essential and your full dedication to this project.
