ok as best of my understanding you want a site where user can submit there document and turn into as per needs. Yes,it can done.. But be frankly it take some time. Because we have to modify the entire converting script. Thanks

Hi! I'm a developper with very good skills in PHP (and also Java) amongst others. For this project, my first tought is on the free and open source library "tcpdf". But I have some questions? Should the website look EXACTLY as that you put in project's description? Should the webapp offer also ALL the functionalities/conversions? I have 17 years of experience, highly skilled in ASP.NET and PHP. I have some experience with PDF tools like PDFtk. Since I'm new here and want to build a reputation, I will charge only US$ 3.50 /h, but I guarantee a top quality job. I will send frequent reports and demonstrations of the progress. I intend to use some agile development concepts, where the communication between the developer and the client is frequent and partial work is released to be validated as soon as possible. This allows for changes in direction as soon as any problem is detected, greater satisfaction, more opportunities to test and validate, and less anxiety. We will need to discuss the precise requirements so I can analyze how much time it will take, then I can give you a precise cost and schedule.

The process will be split in 3 days developing the back end code to do the functionalities. 5 days to develop the frontend code and integrate it with the backend (this duration will be determined by the complexity of code within the theme provided, or if new frontend code is required to he developed from scratch from given design). The last 2 days for testing and fix any bugs found. The backend technology that I would use is c# asp.net.
