Hi I have done PrestaShop migrations before and they take time. If it was only a move it could be done for $35 but an upgrade will give a lot of problems because you are upgrading. As mentioned, I have done this before for Danish clients of mine and with that experience, I will be able to migrate your site as well. The main thing is the upgrade process, that must be tested and test again, it is not just upgrading and then thinking that the new theme will work. Unfortunately, that is not the case hence you need someone who has done that before. I bid €200 and that is for around 10 hours work where the migration itself will take place in the night.
