Reseller Proxy Admin & Customer Portal Script

We are reselling a proxy service from another provider that has a fully documented API system for us to create sub-accounts (called packages) set bandwidth limits & expiration times and then do basic stuff like extend the expiration time when a customer pays their monthly renewal cost (called prolonging the package) and view their bandwidth usage, remaining bandwidth, suspend, terminate…etc. Then using the same API we need to create a customer portal where the user logs in, views their bandwidth usage & remaining allowance then they can configure their proxy details such as geolocation, state, city, ISP, and set their whitelisted IP. 

We are hosting this on a CentOS server running cPanel so likely this should be built in PHP and will need a MySql database which we will provide to manage & track everything. The design of both the admin & customer portal can be minimal with our logo and a basic layout, we are not focused on a super fancy design what we care about the most is that it is functional. The bid should include 45 days of support & bug fixes and we are open to a monthly support contract to ensure the system remains operational and bug-free. We will absolutely want to keep adding new features (mostly designed related such as adding in our FAQ, making a fancier GUI…etc) along with additional features that we would expect to pay extra for as we go but this project should get us a fully functional system so that we can begin reselling these proxies and manually processing orders, renewals & cancellations.  - Expiration Time
 - Whitelisted IPs (Max 2) - Package: wifi - Monthly/Weekly/Daily Traffic Limit - Set Package Min Speed 2) View & Modify Existing Package: - Find package by User - View current bandwidth usage - Suspend / Unsuspend / Terminate - Prolongate (Extend) Package Expiration Date - View & Update Authorized IPs - Modify Package Min Speed - Modify Monthly/Weekly/Daily Traffic Limit 3) View Reseller Account Details: - View total bandwidth for all packages during the specified date range in UTC, default options like past 24hrs, 7 days, 2 Weeks, 1 Month & 3 Months - View a count of how many active packages
 - View a list of the next 20 expiring packages with a quick link to extend the expiration date/time - View how many packages expired in the past 24hrs & 7Days vs how many packages were prolongated in the past 24hrs & 7Days versus how many packages were created in the past 24hrs & 7Days 4) Error Logs - Any API errors should be clearly documented here for debugging purposes. Customer Portal Features: 1) Protected by Login & Password 2) Basic Stats such as when the package is set to expire, how much bandwidth was used, and how much is available. (Example: [login to view URL]) 3) Proxy Access configuration details. This is where they will select the country, region, city & ISP (example layout: [login to view URL]), and their Login ID, Password, Server, Port are all dynamically displayed. The list of available options is dynamically updated from the API as certain regions, city & ISPs become available or unavailable…etc. 4) Enable or disable IP Auto Rotation from 90-600 seconds. 5) Set or Change up to two Whitelisted IPs for each package.
