Script to clone / copy conten

I am looking for a script for a Ubuntu VPS server , dedicated or standard servers . It must be finished well , pleasing to the eye and easy to modify with full commented code. I would like the script to be installer based so it can be installed on other servers and have a membership section for people to have accounts to do the same save to their cloud, or buy the installer script for their server. For the installer it will install as a demo we can edit days to run with the ability to be activated via domain or IP based licence key, we will need a key maker. What I need it to do. Copy website content eg all files direct to an amazon cloud drive not the AWS drives but an Amazon cloud account or any cloud. The script must be able to list the files form a search and a tick box as to what you want to copy or clone. There is lots of software that can do this but the issue for users with limited data is they have to download content then re-upload for archive so its like twice the work and bandwidth. So by letting a user select the content they want and having it done by VPS direct cuts out bandwidth to one download as and when needed from the cloud drive.
