social Network Script Sending notification to user or group emails,controlling scrolling of only middle div & ,forgot password reset & account active

my site is [login to view URL], please create your account to observer my demands, 1- on creating an account, system has to send activation to email which its not doing, user should be able to login without activation but system should keep demanding activation, 2-when u post,like or share or join a group or have a post in a group, notifications are created, i want the same to go to user emails and they should be able to make some setting on how often they want to receive these notification 3- when u scroll, all cotent is moving for example, right dive,middle dive and left div, i want only the middle div to move on detecting that there is no more hiden cotent on both side (left & right) like linkedin. 4-forget password, users should be able to reset, same needs debugging.
