stretch search menu with options php/mysql

I need someone to help us with a feature on our site, we need a search column on our site, like you see on the left side of [login to view URL]~ck=mn , where some search categories are open, then the user has the ability to open more search categories. Once they click on a search field, the results are updated. after they have chosen some criteria, some options are grayed out because there are no results with those options. there may be some functionality there I have not mentioned, but we want it to work like the dell site. We need this quickly, so we are willing to settle for something a little less powerful if necessary for a quick turnaround and a good price.
