Taobao API Integration

We are an ambitious young group of entrepreneurs looking for a skilled developer or team of developers to produce an API that will seamlessly pull product data and search results from Taobao. The data will then be fully integrated into a Prestashop CMS. Currently there are existing APIs ([login to view URL] and [login to view URL]) that integrate Taobao with personal/commercial sites. However, the current APIs do not function as accurately as we want. In essence, the API we wish to create should allow us to bridge all of the key data and functions from Taobao. Most importantly, the search function on our site should have no discrepancies in the results between the original Taobao site and our own. We would be very interested in speaking with you to discuss your availability and answer any questions. As this project involves Taobao's API, we would also like to know if your team is able to work with Mandarin; however it is not necessarily a requirement. To help expedite the process, it would be useful if you can answer the following questions in your proposal: What APIs have you worked with in the past? How often are Taobao's APIs changed and, more importantly, deprecated? What are the limits on Taobao's API use? What do you expect your usage to be? Do you have any example projects you can show dealing with APIs? (ie: GitHub repos) How long will integration take? Have you read over Taobao's API documentation?
