I need to a component for SugarCRM and other required TAPI related components that will provide: 1. Click to dial out from Sugar, to a telephony TAPI driver 2. Receive a call in and popup a window showing basic customer info matching the caller ID to CRM contact / lead record. If more than one match, allow to select. 3, after the call, we need to log the call to Sugar with the call record# from the telephony. We will record the call number, date and time and duration. 4. If the telephony system has call recording, possibly be able to lookup that record also. We will likely further customize the popup ourselves with more business logic. If commercial TAPI components are required for further development, we will purchase as required. We are looking at Avaya IP Office for the telephony, may expand project to Asterisk based.
