Hello, my name is Simon, and I am the director of a web security company CYBER-GUARD ENTERPRISE LTD. I'd be happy to help you with your OsCommerce installation; generally what we could do is firstly to look at what exploit the attackers are using (it will most likely be a publicly released exploit used via a automated bot) and ensure that it is patched in the latest release and/or a special patch. Other than that however, there isn't much we could do in terms of the OsCommerce security, but we could help to implement some technologies to prevent this from happening (WAF, apache mod_security for instance...).
