vBulletin Mod Programmer

I am looking for an experienced vBulletin modder to develop a number of modules for an existing vBulletin forum - the mods will be very customized and not likely re-usable in other applications. Just to make this "official", this bid is for a basic update to the user profile page that pulls data from an external mysql database, displays the data in a pull-down menu, allows the user to save their selection to a new field created in the vb users table. More importantly, please provide some indication of your experience level with vb modding and how much you typically charge. This will be a long-term project.
