WEBSITE BUILDER wanted to join my team

Hi! I am a professional full-time freelancer with a couple of years of experience. My role in projects varies from an executive in graphic design to a project manager/supervisor. Very often I get inquires about jobs I don't necessary do myself or have time to do myself. I finally made a decision to team up with another freelancer who will be my go-to guy/girl. For now, I am looking for somebody fluent in building websites. I have experience in managing creatives to get a website done, but I would like to have my own pro in the pocket. WHO AM I LOOKING FOR? I don't expect you to be the ultimate jedi in this, but I do want to be sure I can entrust you with work and put my reputation on it. So you need to be experienced, but more over you need to have this "I don't know the answer, but I know where to find it" attitude. I want you to be fluent in English. I can always explain my point again, in other words, but since I put thought and logic into the solutions I come up with, I really need you to understand what I say and I need you to be able to explain your ideas to me. I prefer communication via emails because I think it is more efficient to have everything written down to go back to and track the process (as you see I don't mind to write a lot). I want you to be intelligent and smart. No degrees in nuclear fusion needed, but I can't stand dumb people. If you don't get something, feel free to ask, but I don't want to work with someone who doesn't think logical. I am very friendly and easy-to-work with, and I want you to be even more easier-to-work with. No ego-centrism and no dramas. Sometimes I might be critical of your work, but the intention behind it is always to get the project done, and not to criticize your skills. I tend to write VERY clear instructions (sometimes even with mockups), and I want you to be able to take care of them one by one. You need to be precise and detail-oriented.
