Wordpress - Only display a Bootstrap Modal after Facebook Connect redirect

After using Facebook Connect the user gets redirected to a page which has a Boostrap modal (pop-up).
1. I only want this modal to show only one time (only after the user has registered via Facebook Connect) - none other time.
2. I also need the functionality for these fields below (to be replicated from the Quick Sign up form on the homepage):
Sport or Activity
Location
...to be added to the modal and then get added to the user profile on submit.
