Write some Software

We need someone to write code to insert logged in users id into all URL links on our Joomla created site. We also need a user panel that logged in user are directed to after logging in. This panel to display data from various Joomla database tables in a table format in a control panel (article) in our site. Most of this work was done but freelancer disappeared without finishing the job shouldn't pose too much of a problem for someone familiar with Joomla and MYSQL/ PHP.
