Hi: I am currently the part time Zoho CRM administrator/sales consultant for a U.S. based I.T. security solutions provider running 6 online shops. The company uses the OpenSync server based QuickBooks integration tool to update an MS Access database which then automatically updates a Zoho Reports database. Whilst suggesting OpenSync with a $499 license fee per server for a QuickBooks migration may same to be a rather large hammer to export data, I believe that the end result of cleanly migrated QB data tables residing in a MS Access database will be your safe option. From there the tables can be manually imported into “Zoho” in .CSV format. Sure there are other options available but I have seen so many failures of QB to Zoho apps. data migration/integration occurring including exported data corruptions. Additionally I have considerable experience of developing Zoho Reports reports, charts & dashboards including implementing the Zoho CRM to Zoho Reports data sync. and also manually importing data into Zoho Reports. However I do not have experience of the Zoho Reports API tool. I do have a number of questions for you including: When you mention “Zoho” is that the Zoho CRM application? What you want to achieve when you say that you “need someone to assist in migrating 10-15 companies from Quickbooks to Zoho and setting up modules”.
