iPhone and Android app, Identical, Application have a feature to record and play an audio file at the same time, the finished product is saved on to another file, preferably in MP3 format at 320 rate. 5 tabs in the app and the theme in navy blue. Only one tab is required with the technology required. Also be able to put push the file to a database/server. Show me a rough copy of the design of the app before implementing. Payment will be done at the end and a full £250 I will pay for whoever got the most smoothest application.
