I am currently working as a full time in a reputed IT company which deals in Zoho. Being a senior developer in company I have good experience in Zoho. I have expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Reports, Zoho Creator. Customization of Zoho Crm as per user requirement is my speciality. I write workflows, custom functions, create email templates, Send automated email on create, edit delete, integrate Zoho with third party applications. Pass data from and to Zoho CRM, Creator and Reports. Build dashboards, charts flow charts etc to keep en eye on the business growth in a professional manner is also done. Create new modules with in CRM, new custom fields to accomodate new fields template design change etc are also being done. Integration of Zoho with different applications and softwares avialable in market with the help of Zoho apps is also been done. VOIP is one such feature. Google analytics and creating map based on the address fields are also one of the speciality that we do. Since Zoho comes with editions like Enterprise, Professional etc providing different features and extra calls based on the plan. Also I write optimize code so that user don't have to spend extra for the feature he want. Optimized code with reliability and good performance is my priority. I have done a lot of projects in Zoho.
