Skype for business helpdesk call desktop shortcut.

My organisation uses Skype for business. It wants a desktop shortcut for skype which will call helpdesk directly. I tried to create it, but it comes with popup of skype call window, then I need go press call button. However, I want something which can call directly escaping the second click required to call button. I have attached something similar (last one). The shortcut shiuld nkt require any other third party softwares/ application to be installed, because my ofganisation doesnt allow it.
