Migrating webpage from joomla to static (html, css) page

The existing Joomla site is already running on the web server. Due to slow hosting server th site is not running as good as it should. So I am planning to migrate the site to the static html layout. What I need is someone to create a working replica of 6 pages with menu system and same design, dimensions and fonts (I will replicate those sites later). One site shows a email sending form made in aspx. I will provide complete Joomla setup template (css, images....).- see attached image. Editing must be as easy as possible in Adobe dreamweaver or similar program since I will migrate the content from Joomla to html pages.. I will also include some flash movies into it to replace current Joomla plug-in functionality, so the space for those movies must be taken into account. I am open to any suggestions how to transform the Joomla setup to something that runs fast (html..) on current host (Godaddy). The address to the site will be provided during the bidding period. ## Deliverables The newly created pages must meet SEO requirements.
