I would be happy to work with you on this project. I can provide preliminary plans and a material estimate based on your specifications for the framing, sheathing, doors, and windows to be used. I will provide an excel spreadsheet, itemizing all the materials required. Because of the current housing industry problems, it would be best if you then take my plans and spreadsheet to a local contractor to provide you with an accurate cost for the labor and materials list I furnish.
