CRM for skype

We want simple crm to update information about prospects/customer etc for our small callcenter ( outgoing calls) that is integrated with skype. We are open to discuss different solutions on this.. The crm shoul also have easy import/export possibilities. We want to have a import from web where the program can collect basic info ( company, adress, phone number etc) from online phone register. We have not decided yet it this should be a online solution or a software for localy use, or a combination...
