Full Time Project Manager Wanted

I am looking for a project manager to manage a team of 3 programmers and 1 designer. The ideal candidate will have excellent english skills and should have no problem talking to someone in Australia over skype. They will be able to write a functionality document for the programmers based of a website proposal or list of changes. They will also be an excellent tester, and test all projects before showing the client. My business is based in Australia and is growing at a rate of knots. The ideal candidate will be able to work close to Queensland, Australian times. Indonesia project managers are highly encouraged to apply. The project manager will be in charge of between 6-10 projects per month, as well as small design projects. They will be reasonable for setting deadlines and ensuring my employees have a full work schedule. They will also work closely with me. Any project manager who has read the book "Peopleware" is also highly encouraged to apply. The people that work for me are so happy they never want to leave! I am looking for someone to start mid April.
