Proofread Something

I have an old Japanese wooden box I won at the auction. I think it was used on a naval ship in 1941 (it is stamped 16th year of Emporer Showa). I need to know what it says on the box, what kind of instrument it contained (the box is now empty) and any other information about it. Looking for native Japanese person, someone who knows about electricity (I can recognize an "ohm" signal) and who knows something about that historical era. There is the nameplate and a page of specifications. I am hoping that looking at the specs would enable the tramnslator to describe what sort of instrumnet was in the box, and what it did, possibly even what ship in the Imperial Navy it was on. It's only half a page, altogether. I will post the picture of the nameplate on the outside of the box. If you are interested, please let me know!
