Job Title: Proofreader/Editor Job Type: Full-Time/part-time Location: Remote Job Description: We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Proofreader/Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language and excellent proofreading and editing skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for proofreading and editing various types of content, including but not limited to, articles, blog posts, marketing materials, and website content. Responsibilities: Proofread and edit content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, and formatting errors Ensure that content meets the client's guidelines and specifications Cross-check references and sources to ensure accuracy Work collaboratively with writers and other team members to ensure high-quality content Meet the daily word count targets and deadlines- [3k words per day] Maintain consistency in style, tone, and voice across all content Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications or a related field Proven experience as a proofreader or editor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Experience with SEO optimization preferred Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary of 5-6k INR per month (for first 3 months and then an increment from 4th month) Work from home Opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain valuable experience If you meet the above qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please send your resume and a cover letter.
