Hi, i can do your project, i am developer in python and sql, so it would be easy for me! I would use pandas to read the excel and sql to save the data in your postgresql database. I dont know why do you want to use dash, please explain me And i use sublime text, it is the same wich ide i or you use, but if you really want i coul do it in pycharm. Please contact me!
