Fix Discord Python Script for scanning and sending messages via Discord API

I am looking for a Python developer to fix my Discord script that is not sending messages correctly. The project requires immediate attention as it is highly urgent. It is working but missing a few features that I wanted. This script was done by another freelancer who abandoned the project.
