The scanner do a periodical bluetooth scan every 5 minute. For each device found the scanner must store in an array: MAC address, UTC timestamp, RSSI, Raw data (Advertisement Data max 31 bytes and Scan response max 31 bytes) When the scan finish send the array to a TCP socket server. Must work on Raspberry 3 and 4 with Python 3.9 at least I only want the scanner part and not the TCP server which receives the data
