Your organisation‘s main competitors and how your organisation differs from these (500-1000words) In this sub-section you are required to consider the organisation‘s primary competitors. This will involve examining the nature of the sector within which the organisation and the competitors are placed, in order to show that you understand the factors that influence success within the sector, In commenting on how your organisation differs from its competitors, you will need to include some details about those competitors. You might use aspects of a SWOT analysis to make this comparison between the organisation and its competitors. You should not, however, be content with brief bullet points.
