Find a Sales % Business Development Manager in recruitment

I'm looking for someone with experience in recruitment or sales in order to help me find new clients for my business. The main sectors that we operate are: Hospitality Logistics. The roles will involve cold calling and lots of emails to be sent over to new potential clients. You will need to be able to bring new customers into the business in order to get paid, as the role will be on a commission only for the first 12 weeks, after which a basic salary will be included.
