We are a small architectural visualization studio actively seeking a skilled individual for the role of lead generation to support our team in acquiring international customers worldwide.
As our lead generator, you will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients within medium to large businesses through direct email and cold outreach. Your main objective will be to attract new B2B partners who are interested in utilizing our visualization services for their architectural and design projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Utilize a variety of tools, platforms, and strategies to gather contact information, including email addresses, of key individuals in relevant roles within medium to large businesses. These roles may include founders, project managers, marketing managers, and other decision-makers.
Email Outreach: Create persuasive and engaging email messages to introduce our visualization services to potential clients. Personalize and tailor email templates to effectively communicate the unique benefits of our services and encourage them to schedule a sales call.
Cold Messaging: Implement effective cold email/message strategies to reach out to potential clients who may not be familiar with our services. Conduct research on each recipient to customize your emails and increase response rates.
Requirements:
Country requirement: We are looking for freelancers based in the following countries: United States, Sweden, Germany, Denmark, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Canada
Experience: Previous experience in lead generation, direct email outreach, or similar roles is highly desirable. Familiarity with B2B sales processes and the ability to navigate organizational structures within medium to large businesses is a plus. Demonstrated success in generating qualified leads and closing deals is essential.
Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effectively conveying the value propositions of our services. The ability to tailor messages to different audiences and establish rapport is vital.
Results: Initially, generate 10-20 leads that result in orders. Prior experience in sales or marketing is required. Interest in architecture and design is a plus. We value teamwork but also appreciate the ability to work independently.

A competitive commission margin (up to approximately €2000/7.5% of project price for the first 3 projects with a client).
