Need a Salesforce developer help with some issues

We require to deactivate a salesforce user, but as the majority of our accounts, reports, dashboards and other things we created by her user. Whenever I deactivate this user, I get an error. We also reached out to salesforce support team, and they said that I need to download data using reports and the upload (very confusing!!) I found a way to change the accounts to my name but was limited by the data loader.
– Now we have managed to “de-activate” this user, but now the issue which we are facing is related to the export feature of salesforce.
The salesforce system says: -
The user account that runs the weekly export is inactive.
The scheduled weekly report export ran as the “user” (which we de-activate). So now we are unable to run this report as this user is missing.
To fix this issue salesforce says: -
Set this de-activate user to active state.
Change the running users on the jobs which using this user.

Another issue which we are facing is
When I am trying to update the CCG and PCN field names on the accounts, so it shows on the opportunities. But CCG is set as a parent account of an account with opportunities linked to it. Will be able to explain on screenshare more on this.
