Salesforce App - Secure Form Fill

It includes custom fields (information) to be filled by prospect customers. (I will supply the web page design. You will implement the design). All the filed to be filled are from our custom object. The web page will also include some (read-only) fields from related opportunity, account and contact. The application is required to create a web page/form associated to a record of custom object. This web page should have a *complex URL (such as [login to view URL]) so that it cannot be guested and read anyone else but the intended customer. This random complex URL should be visible in Salesforce. The form will have appx 50 fields. The form will have two buttons at the end (save and submit). Save Button: Just saves the updated information to SF custom object. **Submit: Save + remove the web page (specific URL as above) from public interface. * This functionality is important for security purposes. The form (and filled date before submitted) should only be read/filled by the receipent. **This functionality is important for security purposes. Once a form is submitted, the data should not be publicly accessed. Project success criteria: - Creation of Salesforce hosted public web page same as given design (picture) - Creation of random / complex URL for each page (each instance of the same form/web page) - Ability to show some read-only data from related salesforce records (such as related Opportunity, Account and Contact fields) - Ability to save partially filled form into Salesforce object without loosing data - Ability to remove the page from Internet, once it is submitted by the user/customer. - The web page should use https (salesforce) instead of http. - Each save/submit should create a log with IP address/date/time. - We need detailed instructions to deploy the solution into our Salesforce by ourselves.
