I need a cell phone text message application for a website forum. This application will send a text message to a user when a certain poster posts. The forum is a standard phpbb forum. The user will have the option of selecting a poster. When that poster makes a post, the user will be notified via text message, along with the content of the post. Also, I would like the application to only send the text message for a new thread started by the selected poster and no text message will be sent for subsequent posts in the same thread. I will need to be instructed on all I need for this application to work properly.
